Loddiswell Barn Conversion - Kingsbridge, Devon.
General Information:
This building project was to build a complete barn conversion from an existing horse stables in Loddiswell, near Kingsbridge, Devon. Work included all groundwork preparation and structural work. A complete new roof was constructed, insulated and tiled to match with existing properties. New internal walls were built and plastered, plus full decoration of the interiors and exterior stone work. New windows, doors were installed, as well as news floors and woodwork. Finishing touches included bathroom tiling and kitchen accessories.

Astor House - Torquay, Devon.
General Information:
This work was a continuation of an existing reburbishment project to the property, including nine new apartments overlooking Torquay and Tor Bay. These apartment flats were an impressive extension to the existing building with extensive structural work, external & internal wall construction, doors, stairwells and flat roofing. Final interior decorations and fittings included three new kitchens and bathrooms, plus all plastering, tiling and painting finishes.

Trinity Mews - Refurbishment & Garage Conversion, Torquay, Devon.
General Information:
This project was for a total refurbishment of seven existing flats. Each flat was fully refurbished to a very high standard, with new walls, ceilings and floors throughout. Fitting of new kitchens and bathrooms in all flats. A ground floor garage block was also converted into three additional new flats, with full interior and exterior building work.
